Customer Success Manager

Agritask is looking for a Customer Success Superstar to join our growing customer success team in Latin America

If you are looking to make a huge impact on agriculture using cutting-edge technology, then we are looking for you!
In this role, you will work very closely with our customers, to help them maximize the value of their fields through the use of the Agritask platform.

Job description:

The CSM will be responsible for implementing the Agritask platform in the customers’ operations and for the delivery of high-quality services in a timely manner. You will develop strong relationships with the customers and maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment to drive value across their operations


  • BA in Agronomy, Engineering, Geography or related studies – Must
  • Native Spanish – Plus
  • Fluent English – Must
  • Fluent Portuguese – Plus
  • Advanced Excel
  • Saas Customer Relationship experience (1 + years)
  • Strong communication skills
  • GIS and Database experience – Plus
  • Analytical, smart, independent, fast learning, great problem solver
  • Time management skills
